My stay at Matterhorn Focus was mostly amazing, but my family's room lacked a direct view of the Matterhorn, which was a bit of a letdown. While the spa facilities were excellent, I felt the breakfast options could be improved. Nonetheless, attentive staff and a stunning setting made it a great experience overall.
